Kyler Durrence is a native of Prattville, Alabama whose passion lies in choreography and performance. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Dance Council and is a judge for Dance Troupe Inc. Dance Competition. He trained at the Jacob's Pillow School for Contemporary Dance, USC Kaufman's GaGa Intensive, and is obtaining a B.A. in Dance at The University of Alabama (UA). 

At UA, he served as the Vice-President of Dance Alabama!, a program ambassador, and sits on UA’s Dance Advisory Board. He performed with "staibdance" in their ADF residency and was awarded the YoungArts Award for Dance Choreography. Additionally, Kyler was recently featured on So You Think You Can Dance's Season 18. 

Kyler’s choreography has been accepted to the Young Choreographers Festival, Alabama Dance Festival, New Century Dance Project's Student Gala, Moving Forward Winterfest, and UNCSA's Choreographic Intensive. Currently, Kyler is a dance instructor at Encore Performance Company in Vestavia Hills, Alabama and will be performing with Norwegian Cruise Lines on their Oceania Vista ship this summer.
